Shipping policy
Once you’ve placed an order you will receive an order notification letting you know we have received your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification confirming your item is on it’s way to you.
Orders are collected by Royal Mail Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve.
UK Orders:

EU Orders:
Orders shipped to the EU are sent from the UK. Prices do not include import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery.

Canada Orders:
Orders shipped to Canada are sent from the UK. Prices do not include GST, HST, PST, customs clearance fees, or import taxes. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and are payable by the customer upon delivery.

Australia & New Zealand Orders
Orders are shipped from the UK. Prices do not include GST, customs duties, or clearance fees. Any applicable charges are determined by local authorities and are payable by the customer upon delivery.

United States Orders (Updated)
From August 2025, most imports from the UK into the United States are subject to US customs tariffs and duties, regardless of order value. These charges, if applied, are determined by US Customs and Border Protection and are typically collected during import clearance by the carrier. Any applicable tariffs, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged at delivery or during customs processing. This does not affect your payment at checkout — we do not collect customs duties in advance.
